Whether you ride road, gravel, or simply commute, our servicing keeps your bike running smoothly and safely. All work is completed by fully a qualified bike technician with extensive experience in performance road bikes.

BRONZE service

Designed to ensure that your bike is safe for road or gravel use.
Inspection of all main components.
Minor adjustments being carried out to brakes, gears, headset, chain and chainset.
Visual inspection of wheels and tyres.
Visual inspection of frameset and forks.

Detailed inspection covering brakes and gears.
Chain and chainring inspection.
Torque setting check for all fixing mounts.
Tyre inspection, tyre pressure, headset and wheel rim condition check.

All the features and benefits provided in the Silver package.
Chain, cassette and chainring removal.
Full transmission degrease.
Bottom bracket bearing inspection.
Firmware update for electronic gear systems.
Minor wheel true where required.
Frameset wash and polish.

All the features and benefits provided in the Gold package.
A full strip down and rebuild of your Redchilli.
Full degrease and cleanse of all major components.
Full hydraulic brake bleed.
Frameset ceramic wax shield application.
Completed Pre-Delivery Inspection form.

SERVICE NOTES AND SURCHARGES:

Parts & Components: Service package prices do not include the cost of new parts. You will always be notified of any required replacements before work begins.
Internal Cable Routing: For the Platinum package, a £15 surcharge applies to bikes with fully internal cables routed through the head tube, stem, or handlebar.
This surcharge also applies to Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages only if the headset requires replacement.
Excessively Dirty Bikes: A £10 cleaning surcharge applies to all service packages where the bike requires additional cleaning before work can begin.

ONLY NEED A MINOR SERVICE OR REPAIR?

We offer a flexible approach to bicycle servicing, with dedicated options for road bikes ranging from minor repairs to full rebuilds. Whether you need a quick adjustment or a more in‑depth service, we can tailor the work to suit your needs.

ROAD-BIKE SPECIALIST
Please note that we do not service eBikes or mountain bikes. Redchilli is a specialist road‑bike service centre, focused on performance, precision, and high‑quality workmanship.

SERVICING FOR OTHER BIKE BRANDS

If you own a bike that is not a Redchilli, we are happy to service it. All of our service packages apply to other brands as well, and every bike receives the same high standard of care.

For bikes with fully internal cable routing, a £15.00 surcharge applies only if full cable removal is required.
