Step 6

Once your bike is ready, send your voucher details to Redchilli, and we’ll handle the transfer with your C2W provider. Your bike will then be ready for collection.

Your employer effectively remains the legal owner of the bike until the end of the lease agreement. At this point, your employer may either keep the bike, or sell this to you for a “nominal fee.” It is always best therefore to check this with your employer and ascertain their end of lease terms and conditions.

As a custom bike build specialist, this will vary. If your required frameset is in stock, then the build process can be as little as 7 days upon receipt of order voucher from your selected provider. If, however, you decide to go “full custom” and a frameset has to be produced to your specific requirements, then the lead time will be between 6-8 weeks generally, although please do bear in mind; there can sometimes be unforeseen production delays of which are beyond our control.

Once the full bike price and voucher value have been agreed, no other items may be added to the voucher. Any additional items would be viewed as a “general sale.”

You will need to contact Redchilli Bikes and confirm that you are in receipt of your voucher. We will also contact your voucher provider to ensure that the transaction is ready to proceed.

This will then be held as a “holding deposit” and once your bike is ready and the voucher has been redeemed, your deposit payment will then be refunded in full and this is normally within 7 days of cleared funds being received from your cycle scheme provider.
