REDCHILLI Bike Servicing

PERFORMANCE. PRECISION. PEACE OF MIND.

Your bike should feel smooth, quiet and predictable every time you ride it. From a straightforward safety check to a complete strip-down and rebuild, Redchilli offers professional servicing for road and gravel bikes, carried out in our Axminster, Devon workshop by an experienced Cytech-qualified bicycle technician.

You don’t need to own a Redchilli. We also service selected road and gravel bikes from other brands, with the same attention to detail and transparent pricing.

Regular servicing helps keep your bike safe, reliable and enjoyable to ride. It can maintain smooth shifting and braking, identify wear before it develops into a more expensive problem, and extend the useful life of key components.

Whether you’re riding fast road, gravel, commuting or simply enjoying weekend miles, we’ll recommend the level of servicing your bike actually needs.

THE RIGHT SERVICE FOR YOUR BIKE

Whether your bike needs a straightforward safety check, a more comprehensive performance service or a complete strip-down and rebuild, we’ll recommend the level of work it actually needs.

We don’t believe every bike needs the most expensive service package. Our aim is to keep your bike safe, reliable and enjoyable to ride, while carrying out the work that genuinely benefits it.

A CLEAR RECORD OF THE WORK COMPLETED
We believe you should know exactly what has been done to your bike.

Following your service, we’ll provide a clear record of the work completed, together with any relevant observations or recommendations from the workshop.

If we identify additional work or replacement parts that aren’t included within your service package, we’ll discuss them with you before proceeding.

SERVICE NOTES AND SURCHARGES

  • Parts & Components: Service prices cover the labour and work described within each package. Replacement parts and components are charged separately. If we identify anything that needs replacing, we’ll discuss it with you and obtain your approval before carrying out the additional work.
  • Internal Cable Routing: Bikes with fully internal cable routing through the head tube, stem or handlebar may require additional workshop time. A £15 surcharge applies to the Platinum service where this type of routing is present. For Bronze, Silver and Gold services, the surcharge applies only where headset replacement requires complete cable removal and re-routing.
  • Excessively Dirty Bikes: A £10 cleaning surcharge may apply where a bike requires additional cleaning or preparation before the booked service can be carried out. We’ll always let you know if this applies.

NEED SOMETHING DIFFERENT?

MINOR REPAIRS & INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOP SERVICES

Not every bike needs a full service. We also offer individual repairs, adjustments and specific workshop services where a complete service isn’t necessary.

Whether you need a gear adjustment, brake adjustment, drivetrain work, wheel truing or another specific repair, we’ll assess the issue and carry out the work required.

Not sure whether you need a service or a specific repair? Just ask.

ROAD & GRAVEL BIKE SPECIALIST
Our workshop specialises in road and gravel bikes, with a particular focus on performance-oriented machines and modern road-bike systems. We do not currently service eBikes or mountain bikes.

NOT A REDCHILLI? NO PROBLEM.

Our workshop isn’t exclusively for Redchilli owners. We also service selected road and gravel bikes from other brands, with exactly the same care, attention to detail and transparent approach.

Our Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum service packages are available for other compatible road and gravel bikes. Any additional charges, such as those associated with fully internal cable routing, will be explained before work begins.

Don’t own a Redchilli? That’s absolutely fine. Your bike will receive the same standard of care as any Redchilli that comes through our workshop.
