DELIVERY & COLLECTION
YOUR BIKE. PERSONALLY HANDED OVER.
A MORE PERSONAL WAY TO RECEIVE YOUR REDCHILLI
We believe collecting your new Redchilli should be part of the experience.
Our workshop is based in Axminster, Devon, and you’re always welcome to collect your bike from us in person. Your bike will be fully prepared and checked before collection, giving you the opportunity to meet the person who built it, talk through your new bike and make sure everything is ready before you ride away.
PERSONAL BIKE HANDOVER
Can’t make the journey to Devon?
Talk to us. Where practical, we can arrange to meet part-way and personally hand your bike over, making the journey to your new bike considerably easier.
We’ll agree the meeting point and arrangements with you in advance.
Where practical, personal bike handover can be arranged at no additional charge for journeys of around 100 miles or less. For longer journeys, a small contribution towards travel costs may apply. We’ll always discuss and agree this with you in advance.
Your bike isn’t simply dispatched and left on a doorstep. It’s handed over personally, by the person who built it.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK
We welcome enquiries from customers outside the United Kingdom and are able to supply Redchilli bikes and framesets to a number of international destinations.
At present, we are unable to supply complete bikes or framesets to customers in the USA or Canada. This is due to our current international insurance and distribution arrangements, which do not allow us to offer sales into these markets.
For customers elsewhere in the world, please contact us before placing an order. We’ll be happy to discuss availability, delivery arrangements and provide a quotation.
Customers outside the UK may purchase from Redchilli Bikes without UK VAT. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import charges and local taxes applicable in their country.
