Savings vary by provider and your tax band, but most riders save 25–39% on the cost of their bike.

Your employer remains the legal owner until the end of the lease period. At that point, they may keep the bike or offer it to you for a small ownership fee. It’s best to check your employer’s end‑of‑lease terms for full details.

Lead times vary depending on your build. If your chosen frameset is in stock, your bike can be built in as little as 7 days once we receive your voucher. Full custom framesets typically take 6–8 weeks, though occasional production delays can occur.

Generally, only new bikes can be purchased through Cycle to Work schemes. Sale, ex‑demo, or discounted bikes are only available through our preferred partners, Green Commute Initiative or GoGeta. Please enquire.

Once the bike price and voucher value are agreed, no further items can be added. Any extras would be treated as a separate general sale.

Once you receive your voucher, contact REDCHILLI to confirm you have it. We’ll then liaise with your voucher provider to ensure the transaction is ready to proceed.

Yes. To secure any frameset, a standard 20% deposit is required at the point of order confirmation. This is held as a holding deposit, and once your bike is complete and your voucher has been redeemed, the deposit is refunded in full—typically within 7 days of cleared funds being received from your Cycle to Work provider.
