Committed to perfection.
Quality and value are just 2 elements where Redchilli take great pride.
But added to this, it is our unwavering commitment for attention to detail. Head Chillian, David Darby explains “I’m not exactly OCD in the grand scheme of things, but when it comes to Redchilli, when it comes to quality and when it comes to attention to detail, then that is when I allow myself to be OCD.”
Every single Redchilli frame is quality control inspected during the full phase of manufacture, and indeed throughout the entire production process. Even when the frames are ready, we are sent images to ensure that every frame is perfect and this also includes a final check to ensure the correct paint scheme has been applied.

When the frames arrive here at Redchilli Towers, this is where David will cast his eye over every single frame prior to the next phase of building the bikes. “I am only happy when the customer is happy” David explains. “If there is any element on the frame that I am not happy with, then I certainly don’t expect our customers to be happy either.” In saying that, thankfully it is incredibly rare for a problem to be identified.
“Yes indeed, problems are very rare.” David admits. “This is testament to our production colleagues who by now, are well aware of the high standards that I and Redchilli Bikes demand.” On the very rare occasion where a problem is identified, no matter how small, these are always rectified. Absolute quality indeed the absolute focus for every Redchilli bike build. Unless it’s perfect, it doesn’t get built.
All of the images show here are framesets that have just arrived. And yes, these are now being scrutinised by David.
