WARRANTY & GUARANTEE
PEACE OF MIND FROM THE DAY YOU BUY
Every Redchilli frame and fork conforms to ISO 4210:2014 safety standards and is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Once your Redchilli bicycle or frameset has been registered, the original purchaser is covered against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and exclusions below.

2-Year Warranty
  • Frames & Forks: All Redchilli frames and forks carry a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Complete Bike Builds: All Redchilli complete bike builds carry a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Registration: Your bicycle or frameset must be registered within 15 days of purchase to activate the warranty.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Improper assembly or installation.
  • Damage or failure resulting from a crash, accident, neglect, misuse or abuse.
  • Installation of parts, components or accessories that were not originally intended for, or are not compatible with, the frame or bicycle as sold.
MODIFICATIONS
  • This warranty is void in its entirety by any form of modification to the frameset, fork or, where applicable, a one-piece carbon handlebar/stem.

    WARRANTY HOLDER
    This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and begins from the date of purchase. It is not transferable.
