This website, https://redchillibikes.com is operated by REDCHILLI™ Bikes (referred to as “we”, “our” or “us”). These terms will apply to all your (referred to as “you”, “your” or “the buyer”) purchases of items either processed via our website or over the phone line. Please check the Terms and Conditions below before you make any new purchase as they will be updated from time to time.
All contracts formed between us for the purchase of items from this website shall be governed by English law and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
All prices are shown in £ sterling inclusive of any VAT payable at the rate prevailing at the time of dispatch. Delivery outside the mainland of the UK will be subject to additional delivery costs in which case you will be contacted as soon as possible after purchase to arrange a surcharge payment or offered the right to cancel the order.
Prices are monitored on a daily basis and we reserve the right to alter or withdraw the prices at any time. We will not be held responsible for any price errors. If a pricing error is discovered after the order has been placed you will be contacted as soon as possible and given the option to purchase the goods at the corrected price or offered the right to cancel the order.
We reserve the right to remove, alter or modify voucher codes at our discretion without prior notice.
Product Descriptions and Images
Whilst we have made every effort to provide accurate information relating to the individual product specification, these may be subject to change without notice due to updates or supplier issues.
All images of the products shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the images. All images are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate visual guide of the goods offered for sale.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, UK Maestro, Solo, Electron and Visa Delta. We do accept cheques, but these must clear to our bank before goods are shipped.
Card payments will be subject to fraud prevention.
Acceptance of Orders
The sending or giving to us of an order constitutes an offer which we may accept or decline to accept without giving any reason. Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgment by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.
We will confirm acceptance or otherwise of your order either by email or by telephone after purchase and provide an estimated delivery date. A contract will only be made between you and us once we accept your order and have charged your credit/ debit card.
Authority for payment must be given at the time of the order. Payment for your order will be taken once stock availability has been confirmed. If the goods ordered are unavailable, you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone and will have the option to wait until the stock is available, replace it with an alternative product or cancel your order.
If an order is received for a discontinued product we will contact you as soon as possible. Items with special or discounted prices are only available whilst stocks last.
We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and any delay in the delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Stated delivery times are approximate and we will contact you with a confirmed delivery date after purchase.
Should any goods be damaged during transit, then REDCHILLI™ will first raise a claim with the shipping agent. During this time, we will aim to provide you with a direct replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
A contact telephone number must be provided on which we can reach you both the day before and the day of the delivery.
All deliveries require a signature, however you can stipulate in the checkout area if you are happy for the goods to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. This, however, is done at your own risk and we will not accept any responsibility for goods that go missing.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have signed for the correct number of goods delivered. At time of delivery you must also check that you have received the correct goods in accordance with your order.
The cooling off period for orders is 14 days. If within 14 working days after delivery you choose to cancel the order under the Distance Selling Regulations you may do so in writing via email to to arrange collection. The charge of collecting the goods is listed below which will be liable by the buyer. Under the terms of the distance selling directive you as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made. The cost of any original items missing from the returned goods including the original packaging will also be deducted from any refund that is due.
If after delivery it is found that you have ordered the incorrect item please call or email us to arrange collection and subsequent re-delivery of an alternative product. Please be careful when selecting your goods to ensure they are the ones you require as we charge for collection.
Please try to contact us at least 48 hours prior to your delivery appointment for large appliance deliveries to be cancelled as the delivery process is often initiated some time before it reaches your premises.
Damaged & Faulty Items
Claims for damage after delivery will not be accepted once the item has been signed for. It is therefore essential to check all goods at the time of delivery and note this to the delivery team before they leave your property. If any of the goods are damaged they must be refused at the point of delivery. Items can not be left without a signature, or can be signed ‘unchecked’. Installation of a damaged item is classed as acceptance of the item and hence, REDCHILLI™ Bikes is not required to swap or offer refunds/goods where damage has been noted after receipt.
All requests for refunds can be made via email to or in writing to the address at the bottom of the page.
We shall not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed in performing any of our obligations to you if this is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control e.g. an act of God, explosion, flood, fire or accident, war or civil disturbance, strike, industrial action or stoppages of work, any form of government intervention, a third party act or omission, failure by you to give us a correct email address, contact telephone number or delivery address or notify us of any change of address. If this happens we shall inform you as soon as is reasonably possible and if these circumstances continue for 30 days either you or we will be free to cancel the contract. If so, we will give you a full refund of any payment we have received from you within 30 days of cancellation.
Our liability shall not in any event include loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, wasted expenditure, depletion of goodwill, and loss of privacy or any other claims which arise out of or in connection with the contract.
All images and text belong to REDCHILLI™ Bikes. Users are permitted to print or save portions of the material for their own personal use. No substantial part of the material may be distributed or copied for any commercial purpose whether in printed format or electronic form.
Any links to specific sections of our website must be first agreed by us and must not be to the unauthorised benefit of any other commercial businesses.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights in any way.
